Description

The Electro-Faustus Blackfly is a spring activated instrument that delivers a wide spectrum of sonic textures. A secret weapon for serious noise makers, soundscape architects and spacious jam explorers alike. Consisting of four unique springs that are processed through a passive piezo disk, The Electro-Faustsus Blackfly creates a surprising number of sounds.

The springs can be plucked, brushed or scratched with differing degrees of intensity to coax the required level of sound. In addition, the enclosure can be tapped with different items, e.g. hands, picks, keys, capos, coins and drum sticks etc, to get additional sounds.

The Electro-Faustus Blackfly can be connected straight to your amplifier for direct sound. For best results, connect your favourite effects pedals after the Electro-Faustsus Blackfly. For instance, connecting fuzz, distortion, delay, chorus, vibrato, univibe and more will create endless sound possibilities.

The Electro-Faustus Blackfly includes two controls. Swarm is a tone control and Swat acts as a momentary mute.

All Electro-Faustus noise devices are ideal for musicians, studio engineers, producers and movie creators alike.
