While rare, occasional delivery hiccups may happen. However, we're proud to share that over 99% of our shipments reach their destination on or before the estimated arrival date.

We have available a diverse selection of leading couriers and parcel delivery services to meet your needs, e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, DHL Express, UPS and Fedex etc.

Our preference lies in tracked and signed services, offering peace of mind through reassurance, monitoring capabilities, and flexibility in adjusting delivery dates and times. You can trust us to carefully select the most suitable courier for your order and promptly furnish you with tracking details via email.

Most pedal orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and signed services or DPD.  Higher value and multiple pedal orders are likely to be despatched with DPD or DHL Express.

Deliveries within the UK (England, Scotland, and Wales)

• Your orders are swiftly packed, wrapped, and dispatched within 24 hours for prompt delivery
• Our effects pedals (and smaller items) are shipped via reliable couriers
• Most pedal orders are delivered within 24 hours; other locations may take 2 to 4 days
• Larger items such as amplifiers and guitars are despatched with DHL Express, offering a 24 hour tracked and signed service
• Stay informed about your expected delivery date and receive regular updates
  Enjoy the convenience of adjusting delivery timing to suit your schedule
• Accessories shipped via Royal Mail at a cost of £5

Accessories, Guitar and Bass Straps

• Less than £85 order value: delivered by Royal Mail at a cost of £5
• £85 plus order value: delivered by Royal Mail free of charge

Rest of the World

• International deliveries incur a £30 charge
• Orders are promptly packed, wrapped, and dispatched within 24 hours for swift delivery
• Benefit from shipments via leading couriers like DHL Express (tracked and signed) or Royal Mail for efficient service
• Experience expedited customs processing for faster delivery times

Larger Items, e.g. Multi Effects Pedals, Guitars and Amplifiers

• Different countries have their own limitations on imports and exports.  Therefore, please contact us on npd@fxpedalplanet.co.uk for a custom delivery charge that is specific and tailored to your location and order.
