Description

This is Loe Sounds rendition of the classic Superfuzz circuit, which performs equally well for guitar, bass, or whatever else you want to run through it.  Instead of a mids scoop switch like the original version, the Loe Sounds Superfuzz has a Tone knob for maximum versatility.

Every Loe Sounds effect pedal is built with the very best components and these units are no exception.  These Loe Sounds Superfuzz effects pedals are stuffed with genuine Matsushita 2SC828 and 2SC829 transistors that Loe Sounds have lovingly saved from broken electronics and matched for octave-y goodness.  They also include beautiful Sylvania 1N276 Germanium glass diodes for bringing the joy.

With dope orange enclosures by Small Bear Electronics and faux wood engraved plates by Amplifyfun, these Loe Sounds Superfuzz are retro to the core.  Finished off with a golden soft click switch wired for true bypass, and brushed gold aluminium knobs.

These Loe Sounds Superfuzz are tuned to perfection.  Tones are rip raw and well balanced throughout the range.  Not too much bass, not too much mids, not too much treble, everything just right.

The Balance and Expander knobs allow for lots of tonal adjustment.  Set both at 2 o’clock onwards and the Loe Sounds Superfuzz turn into a behemoth of sound.  Loads of sustain, rich harmonics, balance and tone that will slice ant band mix.

The tone control allows lots of EQ adjustment without compromising other frequencies.  Set fully anti clockwise and there is lots of bass without covering all the mids and highs.  Vice versa when turned clockwise.

The wiring and soldering is some of the best I have seen, particularly around the switch.

The Loe Sounds Superfuzz are an absolute delight.
