Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, all sales can be returned within 14 days of the day the item is delivered.  Return postage and its associated costs is are the responsibility of the buyer and the refunded amount will be minus the original postage cost (if applicable).  Items must be returned in “as new” condition and cannot have been tampered with in any way.  DIY pedal kits cannot be returned once they have been started.

Refusing a Delivery

In most circumstances if an order has already been dispatched that you no longer require, it is preferable to contact us first so we can advise the best way to return it to us. We will need to book your return on our system so that we can expect your parcel back and process your refund as quickly as possible.

You are welcome to refuse delivery when the courier arrives with your parcel, but if the reason for the return is preferential you will be charged for the return journey. This will normally be deducted from your refund.

If there is another reason for the return (previous problem with a delivery etc) there may be no charge for the return, but please let us know beforehand so we can advise on whether this is the best method to return your order.

Time Frame

Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

** Provided that the item is returned undamaged and in the same condition that it was received.  Items should be returned as they were originally packaged as far as possible and be only subjected to normal use (for evaluation purposes).


  • Items special ordered at a customer's request may be returned at FX Pedal Planet Limited's discretion only.
  • We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund if the goods you are returning have been damaged, devalued or used otherwise in accordance to what would be deemed reasonable, normal use.

Return Delivery Charges

Please note, unless your item is faulty, you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return/exchange.  These costs will vary, but typically, the cost of a courier collecting goods from your door to return to us will cost £15 for most items, providing you are situated in England, Scotland, Wales and Northen Ireland.  You are more than welcome to send the item back using your own delivery method (preferably a tracked, insured postal or courier service) but we urge you to contact us so we can provide you with the relevant returns documentation etc.

We cannot refund any additional charges that you opt to pay to get a premium delivery service at the point of ordering (e.g. Saturday delivery).

We cannot refund the delivery cost for international orders outside of the UK.
