UK boutique effects pedal company, Pedal Pawn®, release the Gypsy Vibe, which is a take on the legendary Univibe effect.  The Univibe is one of the most recognisable effects and has been used by many guitarists, including, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Robin Trower, David Gilmour and many more.

The Univibe was originally designed by Fumio Mieda in the 1960's and created to simulate the doppler effect of a Leslie speaker.  The Univibe uses a photocell to create the distinctive throbbing sound associated with Univibe.

Pedal Pawn®, headed by recording artist, Chris King Robinson, have recreated the original tones from vintage Univibes with the Gypsy Vibe.  The Gypsy Vibe features;
